Trailblazer and Hurricane
I am currently working on a 1973 Triumph Trailblazer T25SS. It has been 15 months now and its nearly ready for the road. This is the second time that this bike has been restored since I got it in 1997, I then abused it slightly for a few years. |

Oil Pressure Switch Problem
This is the "Boabman". He is the master of all things tricky. He done the paint job also, great job, well done. The oil pressure switch giving grief here, oil pishing out of ill fitting switch.
|
Switch Fiddling
Just about sorted and ready to go. |

Davy takes it for the maiden voyage
Just a quick run up and down the road. Timing still needing adjusting and clutch dragging a bit(it helps when you put in a little oil!!) |
The adjustments continue
With an hour pissing around with the switch, all is well. |

|
Oil switch secure
Boabman looks like a happy chappy. |
The Boab Paint Job
Various primers, paints, laquers and thinners supplied by a great wee shop in Kilmarnock.
Respect goes to Paul (spot the ball) for giving the side panels and tank an ultra buff. This is where Paul reedeems himself.

T25 before renovation
This is the mess that we turned into a cracking little bike. Note the 1969 BSA Starfire hiding in the background. |
Kick Start
I will, some day, master the art of getting it to fire up on the first kick! |
|
|
|
It goes on this kick!
What a glorious noise comes from the triple silencers. |
On the road at dusk
Note the smoke from the silencers |

Frame transfer
I would be great to find a supplier who could give an exact replica of the transfer. They tend to disintegrate through time. |
